Shipping
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless customer upgrades shipping. Domestic shipping generally takes 5-7 days once post office receives the package (please note shipping time does not include processing time). International customers generally take 4-6 weeks, depending on customs.
Please note these are only estimates and shipping time is varying tremendously during the global pandemic. We appreciate your patience and want you to know that we do our very best to get items created and shipped quickly.
Please make sure to double check shipping address before purchasing as we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to an incorrect address.
Refunds & Exchanges
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted as long as the item is returned by the customer within 21 days of delivery; buyer is responsible for return shipping.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless the shop made an error with your item (wrong color, wrong size, etc) We do want want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so if for some reason you are not happy, please contact us as soon as possible!
Lost Packages
Once an item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages.
If an item is showing delivered but you have not received it, tracking is not being updated or you have any other questions, please contact USPS.
USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days and international packages are not considered lost until after 6 weeks.
If the allotted time has passed and your package is considered lost by the post office, please contact us at that time.
